Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression

Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation with focused concentration to achieve expanded awareness and mindfulness. Meditation is a form of self-hypnosis. A hypnosis session is a form of guided meditation. It is a completely natural process that we all experience every night upon falling asleep. Did you know that we also experience this altered state at other times during the day, which we are not always fully aware of?

Subconscious thoughts affect our feelings and behavior. Memories and thoughts are often revealed in our dreams, in our creative art, and verbal expression. Our subconscious mind can be a hiding place for anxiety, fears, and phobias, as well as direct us to health and relationship issues. It is often the place we find the reason behind our own mysterious behavior. Hypnotherapy can reduce and eliminate many issues, and can promote inspiration from within.

Regression therapy utilizes the vast warehouse of memories that is stored in our subconscious mind. Tapping into these past memories can be a powerful tool for healing. Whether our intent to utilize hypnosis is therapeutic in nature or for spiritual reasons, exploring our past is a valuable experience for growth and understanding. Often, the root cause to disease or to bewildering problems can be found through hypnotic exploration. Through regression, we can learn by directly observing and experiencing our life patterns and lessons. (Read a journalist’s first-hand experience here.)

A Hypnotherapist recognizes the role as a counselor, teacher, and spiritual guide.
It is a privilege to observe the depth of another person’s soul and to assist that person to illuminate the shadows, rediscovering their strengths amid the traumas.

What is a hypnosis session like?

It is alway the most desirable to conduct a hypnosis session in person, however, in these trying times of the pandemic, sessions are very successfully being conducted virtually. A regression session usually takes two hours. We discuss your reasons for the session and what you wish to achieve. The process of induction is explained and how it may feel like to you. If you have never been hypnotized before, know that you will experience deep relaxation with guided imagery.

Follow up sessions

Follow up sessions are scheduled according to your individualized needs. Oftentimes, there is a need to process the information that is revealed during a regression session, so we schedule accordingly. It is extremely beneficial to experience at least three to four sessions to achieve your goals. If you are a beginner and have never meditated, it is common for to need a session or two in order to be comfortable with the process and learn how to go within. The benefit is always deep relaxation and learning the control your thoughts.
